This all took place while we were looking at houses remotely from New York City so her knowledge of the neighborhoods and the market and ability to match them to our desires was critical. Sara was very diligent in touring the homes we were interested in, and was very thorough in her follow-up calls and meetings with me and my husband. Her professionalism, kind demeanor, and strong communication skills made the home-buying process less overwhelming as she coached us through the process. She was also very patient with our questions as first-time homebuyers, and often, she would go out of her way and take our calls on weekends as well. We found ourselves in a situation where we had to act very quickly and without her guidance to immediately put in an offer and take control of the situation, we certainly would have lost the house! She was also very timely and supportive throughout the home inspection process and was resourceful in finding the right professionals from her network to address questions and concerns we had regarding the resulting findings.
