Happy 20th Birthday to Daybreak!

The latest addition to the vibrant community of Daybreak is the HOME OF THE SALT LAKE BEES! A new, contemporary, multi-level ballpark with seating capacity for approximately 6,500 fans on a 4,100 acre development is set to open next spring, 2025.

Plus the stadium is bringing with it a new entertainment district. The two-hundred acres surrounding the ballpark and the America First Square will consist of commercial development including a multiplex containing bowling, an arcade and a high-end movie theater.

The plan for Daybreak is based on a simple rule, placing parks, restaurants, shopping, schools, offices and light rail within easy walking or biking distance from your home. And tying the entire community together with trails, sidewalks and bicycle highways.

With 50+ miles of trails, more than 36 parks, Oquirrh Lake in the Lower Villages, the Watercourse in the Upper Villages, and at least one park within easy walking distance of every home, Daybreak is really just one huge playground/gym/mediation studio. And with concerts, farmers markets and all the other events created by our dedicated LiveDAYBREAK team, Daybreak is a perpetual invitation to play together. Not to mention the soon-to-be THREE Trax stations with access to downtown SLC and beyond. Check out the links below to see more!

Plus Daybreak is considered a pioneer in mixed-use and affordable housing communities. The American Planning Association consistently awards Daybreak as an example of how to mix condos, townhomes, single family starter homes, and single family luxury homes into a cohesive community.
